• You have a nonland card in hand.

Steps

1. 1Activate Elvish Archdruid by tapping it, adding at least .
2. 2Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Elvish Archdruid.
3. 3Activate Tasigur by paying , causing you to mill two cards and return a nonland card from your graveyard to your hand.
4. 4Repeat.
