3. 3When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Whirlwind Technique targeting Lutri.
4. 4Resolve Whirlwind Technique, airbending Lutri.
5. 5Holding priority, cast Lutri from exile by paying due to Urza's Incubator.
6. 6Repeat from step 3.
