• You control at least one additional creature.

Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing another creature.
2. 2Mazirek triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
3. 3Herd Baloth triggers, creating a 4/4 Beast creature token.
4. 4Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
5. 5Repeat.
