Steps

1. 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Evernight Shade
2. 2When Evernight Shade dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. 3Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Evernight Shade
4. 4When Evernight Shade dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. 5Evernight Shade enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. Its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. 6Repeat from step 3.
