Steps

1. 1During that opponent's draw step, they draw a card.
2. 2Consecrated Sphinx triggers, holding priority, activate The Beamtown Bullies by tapping it, causing the opponent to put Notion Thief from your graveyard onto the battlefield under their control.
3. 3Resolve the Consecrated Sphinx trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
4. 4Consecrated Sphinx triggers twice.
5. 5Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
6. 6Repeat from step 4 until the opponent loses the game due to drawing from an empty library.
