Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Nether Traitor, adding .
- When Nether Traitor dies, Blight Mound triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Pest, adding one mana of any color.
- When the Pest dies, it and Nether Traitor trigger.
- Resolve the Pest trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
- Resolve the Nether Traitor trigger, causing you to pay to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Repeat.
