Steps

1. 1Activate Dream Trawler by discarding a card.
2. 2Toluz's second ability and Feast of Sanity trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Feast of Sanity trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain 1 life.
4. 4Resolve the Toluz trigger, exiling the discarded card from your graveyard.
5. 5Ketramose triggers, causing you to draw a card and lose 1 life.
6. 6Resolve the Dream Trawler ability.
7. 7Repeat.
