Steps

1. 1Cast Body of Research by paying , creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token and putting a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of cards in your library.
2. 2Cast Disciple of Bolas by paying .
3. 3Disciple of Bolas enters the battlefield, sacrificing the Fractal and causing you to gain life and draw cards equal to the Fractal's power.
