Steps
- Activate Saffi by sacrificing it, targeting Shepherd of the Cosmos
- Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Shepherd of the Cosmos
- When Shepherd of the Cosmos dies, Saffi triggers, returning Shepherd of the Cosmos from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When Shepherd of the Cosmos enters, it and Blasting Station trigger.
- Resolve the Shepherd of the Cosmos trigger, returning Saffi from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When Saffi enters, Blasting Station triggers. Resolve both Blasting Station triggers from this step and step 4, untapping Blasting Station.
- Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 2.
- Repeat.
