How it works
Prerequisites
- Opponents have drawn at least four cards this turn.
Steps
- Cast Electrodominance, choosing X=3, but paying due to Heliod
- Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying due to Heliod
- Resolve Reiterate, copying Electrodominance and returning Reiterate to your hand.
- Resolve the copy of Electrodominance, dealing 3 damage to any target, and allowing you to pay to cast Reiterate with buyback due to Electrodominance and Heliod
- Repeat from step 3.
