Steps

Tap Embraal Gear-Smasher, sacrificing Kite Shield to deal 2 damage to each opponent.
Tap Emry, targeting Kite Shield.
Cast Kite Shield.
Jeskai Ascendancy triggers, allowing you to loot.
Jeskai Ascendancy triggers, untapping all creatures you control and giving them +1/+1 until end of turn.
Repeat.
