Steps

1. 1Deal damage to High Priest of Penance.
2. 2Howlpack Avenger and High Priest of Penance trigger.
3. 3Resolve the High Priest of Penance trigger, destroying a nonland permanent.
4. 4Resolve the Howlpack Avenger trigger, dealing that much damage to High Priest of Penance
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
