Steps
- Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least
- Activate Seeker of Skybreak by tapping it, targeting Bloom Tender.
- Battlemage's Bracers triggers, causing you to pay to copy Seeker of Skybreak's ability, targeting Seeker of Skybreak.
- Resolve both Seeker of Skybreak abilities, untapping it and Bloom Tender.
- Repeat.
