Prerequisites

• An opponent cannot block Brago.

Steps

1. 1Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Moonmist without paying its mana cost.
2. 2Resolve Moonmist, transforming Ultimecia, Time Sorceress into Ultimecia, Omnipotent.
3. 3Ultimecia, Omnipotent triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. 4Deal combat damage to an opponent using Brago. Brago triggers, blinking Ultimecia, Omnipotent and causing it to re-enter the battlefield as Ultimecia, Time Sorceress.
5. 5Whenever Ultimecia, Time Sorceress enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to surveil 2.
6. 6Repeat each turn.
