Steps

1. 1Activate Necropotence by paying 1 life, exiling the top card of your library face down.
2. 2Repeat step 1 as desired / able.
3. 3At the beginning of your end step, Necropotence triggers, putting the exiled cards into your hand.
4. 4Move to your cleanup step, discarding down to your maximum hand size.
5. 5Cool but Rude's second ability triggers for each card discarded, dealing 2 damage to each opponent for each card discarded.
