Steps

1. 1Activate Magistrate Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it.
2. 2Holding priority, activate Gogo by paying and tapping it, copying Magistrate Scepter's ability three times.
3. 3Resolve all Magistrate Scepter abilities, causing you to take four extra turns after this one.
4. 4Move to your first extra turn.
5. 5Activate Magistrate Scepter's first ability by paying and tapping it, putting a charge counter on it.
6. 6Repeat steps 4 and 5 during your second and third extra turns.
7. 7Repeat from step 1 during your fourth extra turn.
