When Abdel Adrian enters, it and Blasting Station trigger.
Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Rescue Skiff until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
When the Soldier enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Abdel Adrian
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, causing Rescue Skiff to return to the battlefield from exile.
When Rescue Skiff enters, it and Blasting Station triggers.
Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
Resolve the Rescue Skiff trigger, returning Abdel Adrian from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat steps 2 through 5 one additional time.
Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 6.
Repeat from step 6.
