Steps

1. 1At the beginning of each upkeep, Awakening and Sands of Time trigger.
2. 2If it is your turn, resolve the Sands of Time trigger, untapping each tapped permanent and tapping each untapped permanent.
3. 3Resolve the Awakening trigger, untapping all creatures and lands.
4. 4If it is not your turn, resolve the Sands of Time trigger, untapping each tapped permanent and tapping each untapped permanent.
5. 5Repeat during each turn.
