Steps

1. 1Cast any other instant or sorcery spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one.
2. 2Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying , targeting the spell.
3. 3Veyran and Ovika each trigger twice.
4. 4Resolve both Veyran triggers, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn.
5. 5Resolve both Ovika triggers, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens with haste.
6. 6Resolve Reiterate, creating a copy of the spell it was targeting and returning Reiterate to your hand.
7. 7Veyran triggers twice, giving itself +2/+2 until end of turn.
8. 8Activate Skirk Prospector six times by sacrificing the six Phyrexian Goblins, adding .
9. 9Repeat from step 2.
