Steps

1. 1Activate Basilica Shepherd by paying , blinking it.
2. 2Basilica Shepherd enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
3. 3Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Basilica Shepherd.
4. 4Resolve the Basilica Shepherd trigger, creating two 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens.
5. 5Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Phyrexian Mites, adding .
6. 6Repeat.
