Steps

1. 1Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying .
2. 2Ovika, Birgi and Haze of Rage's storm ability trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding .
4. 4Resolve the Ovika trigger, creating two 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens.
5. 5Resolve the Haze of Rage trigger, copying Haze of Rage for each spell you've cast before it this turn.
6. 6Resolve the first copy of Haze of Rage, giving creatures you control +1/+0 until end of turn.
7. 7Repeat step 6 for each remaining copy.
8. 8Resolve the original Haze of Rage, giving creatures you control +1/+0 until end of turn and returning Haze of Rage to your hand.
