How it works
Prerequisites
- Animar has at least two +1/+1 counters on it.
Steps
- Cast Sparkcaster by paying .
- Birgi, Animar and Tangleroot trigger.
- Resolve the Tangleroot and Birgi triggers, adding .
- Resolve the Animar trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- When Sparkcaster enters the battlefield, its first and second abilities trigger.
- Resolve the second Sparkcaster trigger, dealing 1 damage to any player or planeswalker.
- Resolve the first Sparkcaster trigger, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
- Repeat.
