Steps

1. 1Cast Supplant Form by paying , targeting Birgi.
2. 2Birgi triggers, adding .
3. 3Resolve Supplant Form, returning Birgi from the battlefield to your hand and creating a token copy of Birgi.
4. 4Cast Birgi as Harnfel, Horn of Bounty by paying .
5. 5Birgi triggers, adding .
6. 6Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library from the battlefield.
7. 7Activate Harnfel by discarding a card, exiling the top two cards of your library and allowing you to cast them this turn.
8. 8Cast Sensei's Divining Top from exile by paying .
9. 9Repeat from step 5.
