Steps

1. 1Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying , tapping Stormsplitter, and tapping Caetus.
2. 2Haze of Rage's Storm ability and each Stormsplitter triggers.
3. 3Resolve Haze of Rage's Storm ability, creating a copy of it for each spell cast before it this turn and resolving all those copies.
4. 4Resolve each Stormsplitter's trigger, creating a token copy of each one.
5. 5Haze of Rage resolves, giving creatures you control +1/+0 until end of turn and returning itself to your hand.
6. 6Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying and tapping one token copy of Stormsplitter.
7. 7Repeat steps 2 through 5.
8. 8Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying and tapping two token copies of Stormsplitter.
9. 9Repeat steps 2 through 5.
