Steps
- Activate Stimulus Package by sacrificing a Treasure, creating a 1/1 Citizen creature token.
- Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing the Citizen.
- The Citizen dies, triggering Pitiless Plunderer, creating a Treasure token.
- Resolve the Viscera Seer ability, causing you to scry 1.
- Repeat.
