Steps

1. 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Timebender, adding .
2. 2When Timebender dies, Missy's first ability triggers, returning Timebender from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a 2/2 Cyberman artifact creature.
3. 3Activate Timebender's morph ability by paying , turning it face up.
4. 4Timebender triggers, either removing up to two time counters from a card, or putting two time counters onto a suspended card or a permanent with a time counter on it.
5. 5Repeat.
