Steps

1. 1Cast The Balrog from the command zone by paying .
2. 2Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing The Balrog, adding .
3. 3Choose to return The Balrog to the command zone from your graveyard.
4. 4When The Balrog dies, it and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
5. 5Resolve the Balrog trigger, destroying any artifact and/or creature an opponent controls.
6. 6Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
7. 7Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
