Prerequisites

• There have been a number of permanents sacrificed this turn equal to five plus The Balrog's commander tax.

Steps

1. 1Cast The Balrog from the command zone by paying .
2. 2Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing The Balrog, adding .
3. 3Choose to return The Balrog to the command zone from your graveyard.
4. 4When The Balrog dies, it and Ogre Slumlord trigger.
5. 5Resolve the Balrog trigger, destroying any artifact and/or creature an opponent controls.
6. 6Resolve the Ogre Slumlord trigger, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token.
7. 7Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Rat, adding .
8. 8Repeat.
