- Resolve the Blight Mound trigger, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing Jumblebones and the Pest, adding .
- When Jumblebones and the Pest die, they trigger.
- Resolve the Jumblejones trigger, returning Ozox from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve the Pest trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
- Cast Ozox by paying .
- Repeat.
