Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Emrakul, adding .
- When Emrakul dies, it, Heirloom Blade and Deathrender trigger.
- Resolve the Emrakul trigger, shuffling it into your library.
- Resolve the Heirloom Blade trigger, causing you to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature that shares a card type with Emrakul and put it into your hand
- Resolve the Deathrender trigger, putting the creature from your hand onto the battlefield and attaching Deathrender to it.
- Activate Heirloom Blade's equip ability by paying , attaching it to the creature.
- Repeat.
