Steps

1. 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Forsaken Miner, adding .
2. 2When Forsaken Miner dies, Rakdos triggers, targeting an opponent.
3. 3When you commit that crime, Forsaken Miner triggers, causing you to pay to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. 4Resolve the Rakdos trigger, exiling the top card of the opponent's library with the ability to cast it until your next end step.
5. 5Repeat.
