Steps
- Cast Infested Thrinax by paying
- When Infested Thrinax enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to create a number of 1/1 Saproling creature tokens when a nontoken creature you control dies.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Scourge of Nel Toth, adding .
- When Scourge of Nel Toth dies, Infested Thrinax triggers, creating six 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Saproling, adding .
- Cast Scourge of Nel Toth from your graveyard by paying and sacrificing two Saprolings.
- Repeat from step 3.
