Prerequisites

• Tandem Lookout is paired with Niv-Mizzet.
• Niv-Mizzet does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

1. 1Activate Niv-Mizzet's ability to draw a card.
2. 2Niv-Mizzet triggers, dealing 1 damage to target opponent.
3. 3When Niv-Mizzet deals damage, its ability from Tandem Lookout triggers, causing you to draw a card.
4. 4Repeat from step 2.
5. 5To end the loop and stop yourself drawing from an empty library, choose any target besides an opponent in step 2.
