How it works
Prerequisites
- You control another Knight or Merfolk.
- There is a removable counter on a nonland permanent you control
Steps
- Activate O'aka by tapping it and removing a counter from a nonland permanent, causing you to draw a card.
- Vodalian Wave-Knight triggers, putting a counter on another Knight or Merfolk you control.
- Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping O'aka.
- Repeat.
