Steps
- Activate O'aka by tapping it and removing a counter from a nonland permanent, causing you to draw a card.
- Clinquant Skymage triggers, putting a counter on it.
- Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping O'aka.
- Repeat.
