How it works
Prerequisites
- You control a mana-producing permanent.
Steps
- Activate Insight Engine by paying and tapping it, putting a charge counter on Insight Engine and then drawing a card for each charge counter on it.
- Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
- Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
- Repeat from step 2 one additional time.
- Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Insight Engine.
- Repeat.
