Steps
- Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the creature with persist.
- The persist ability triggers, returning that creature to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter.
- Ivy Lane Denizen and Blasting Station trigger.
- Resolve Ivy Lane Denizen's trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on the persist creature.
- Resolve Blasting Station's trigger, untapping it.
- Resolve the ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to any target.
- Repeat.
