How it works

Holding priority, cast Lutri by paying .
When Lutri enters, it and Blasting Station trigger.

Resolve the Lutri trigger, copying Brass's Bounty.
Resolve the copy of Brass's Bounty, creating a Treasure token for each land you control.
Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Lutri.
Activate five Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Lutri from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
Repeat from step 3.
