Steps

1. 1Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Hancock
2. 2When Hancock dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. 3When Hancock enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
4. 4Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
5. 5Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Hancock
6. 6When Hancock dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
7. 7Hancock enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. Its undying ability and Blasting Station trigger.
8. 8Resolve the undying trigger, returning Hancock from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
9. 9When Hancock enters, Blasting Station triggers. Resolve both triggers from this step and step 7, untapping Blasting Station.
10. 10Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 5.
11. 11Repeat from step 5.
