How it works

Steps
- Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the other Mutant.
- When the Mutant dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
- When the Mutant enters, Blasting Station and X-23 trigger.
- Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
- Resolve the X-23 trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and the other Mutant.
- Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1
- Repeat.
