How it works
Prerequisites
- Ocular Halo attached to a creature you control that does not have summoning sickness.
Steps
- Activate the creature with Ocular Halo attached by tapping it, causing you to draw a card.
- Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the creature with Ocular Halo attached.
- Repeat.
