Steps

1. 1Cast Go Ninja Go by paying its mana cost, blinking Icewind Stalwart.
2. 2Icewind Stalwart and Preston trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Icewind Stalwart trigger, blinking another permanent you control.
4. 4Resolve the Preston trigger, creating a token copy of Icewind Stalwart that is a 0/1 Illusion.
5. 5When the Icewind Stalwart token enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking the nontoken Icewind Stalwart.
6. 6Repeat from step 2.
