Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Worldspire Wurm.
2. 2Worldspire Wurm dies, triggering itself and Verdant Succession.
3. 3Resolve the Worldspire Wurm trigger, shuffling it into your library.
4. 4Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Worldspire Wurm, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library.
5. 5Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Worldspire Wurm's power.
6. 6Repeat.
