Steps

1. 1Cast Airbender's Reversal by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target(s).
2. 2Holding priority, cast Lutri by paying its mana cost reduced by Ballad of the Black Flag.
3. 3When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Airbender's Reversal targeting Lutri.
4. 4Resolve Airbender's Reversal, airbending Lutri.
5. 5Holding priority, cast Lutri from exile by paying due to Ballad of the Black Flag.
6. 6Repeat from step 3.
