Steps

1. 1Cast Etali by paying .
2. 2When Etali enters the battlefield, it triggers.
3. 3Holding priority, activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Etali.
4. 4When Etali dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard.
5. 5Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
6. 6Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library, and cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
7. 7Repeat from step 2.
