Steps

1. 1Cast Phantasmal Image by paying its mana cost. Choose to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Ao.
2. 2Put Phantasmal Image into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
3. 3When Phantasmal Image dies, it and Mortuary trigger.
4. 4Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Phantasmal Image from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. 5Resolve the Phantasmal Image trigger, causing you to look at the top seven cards of your library and put Phantasmal Image onto the battlefield as a copy of Ao.
6. 6Repeat from step 2.
