Prerequisites

• Fraying Sanity attached to an opponent.
• Terisian Mindbreaker does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

1. 1Declare Terisian Mindbreaker as an attacker, attacking the opponent enchanted by Fraying Sanity.
2. 2Terisian Mindbreaker triggers, causing the defending player to mill half their library, rounded up.
3. 3At the beginning of your end step, Fraying Sanity triggers, causing the opponent to mill the remainder of their library.
