• You control a Frog.

Steps

1. 1Activate Quina by paying and sacrificing a Frog.
2. 2When the Frog dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating two Treasure tokens and two 1/1 Frog creature tokens due to Quina and Doubling Season.
3. 3Resolve the Quina ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. 4Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
5. 5Repeat.
