Steps

1. 1Cast Captain's Call.
2. 2Two of the tokens die to the legend rule.
3. 3Cruel Celebrant and Bishop of Wings both trigger twice.
4. 4Resolve the Cruel Celebrant triggers causing each opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain two life.
5. 5Resolve the Bishop of Wings triggers creating two 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying.
6. 6One Spirit token dies to the legend rule.
7. 7Cruel Celebrant and Bishop of Wings both trigger.
8. 8Resolve the Cruel Celebrant trigger causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
9. 9Resolve the Bishop of Wings trigger creating a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.
10. 10Repeat from step 6.
