Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Forsaken Miner, targeting any opponent.
2. 2Pitiless Plunderer triggers when Forsaken Miner dies, and Forsaken Miner triggers when you commit the crime in step 1.
3. 3Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
4. 4Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
5. 5Resolve the Forsaken Miner trigger, causing you to pay to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. 6Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing the opponent to mill cards equal to Forsaken Miner's power.
